Photographer Comments: Trekking down to this location under the Key Bridge was a bit more dangerous than I anticipated. First, I had to cross heavy traffic on the GW Parkway. Then I saw a few seedy individuals under the Key Bridge who were making me a bit nervous as I set up to take this shot.
